reaction arm, for example, applies less than half the internal torsion of other tools which reaction arm was

provides even bolt load, as the coefficient of friction from one nut to another on the same application is close.

REGENERATIVE SYSTEM

Fact: In the average a Hydraulic Torque Wrench does not use more than 50% of the oil flow supplied by the pump,
and yet it is oil flow that makes a pump expensive. By means of HYTORC's Regenerative System combined with its
Accuracy Assurance pawl, oil-use efficiency and the corresponding operating speed has been increased by almost
75%. That's Speed!

ACCURACY ASSURANCE PAWL

A Gimmick? No! We don't know how long your bolts are and we certainly do not want your tool to pre-stall prior to
reaching the desired torque. We also don't want your tool to hang through on a vertical application so that you
need someone to hold it up against its reaction point. You might even put your tool on a loose nut and you certainly
do not want it to idle. You also might not appreciate a tool with a 35 degree stroke that can end up giving you just
12 degrees in nut turn at higher load. That's why we incorporated an Accuracy Assurance Pawl to assure a
minimum nut turn of 24 degrees. We don't leave things to chance.

360 x 360 DEGREE TWIN-UNI-SWIVEL

Nothing is more annoying and potentially unsafe than hose kinking. It usually happens in the wrong spot at the
wrong time. HYTORC's 360 x 360 Uni-Swivel is the closest thing to a hose-free Hydraulic Tool as it lets you move the
hose away from any obstacle, even in extremely confined environments.

IN-LINE REACTION ARM

Most fasteners are easily accessible. Yet, what happens if there is an obstacle next to the flange to be made up of
broken out? For that purpose you need a tool that can be set in any position 360 degrees around the nut it tightens
and still react against the proper adjacent nut. That's why HYTORC incorporated an In-Line Reaction Arm, which
coincidentally also eliminates the usual torsional effect between cylinder housing and drive mechanism for
improved longevity.

QUICK-LINK-CONNECT

While it can be assumed that you are working on one application at a time, there are still several different jobs that
need to be done during the course of a day. Switching the tool from one nut size to another can be a nuisance if it
requires hand tools to do so. With HYTORC's Quick-Link-Connect System you pull out a pin, connect a different sized
link with the same pin and you are ready to go. The piston-rod connects automatically with the ratchet mechanism.
No time is lost.

INTER-REACTOR FOR MULTI TOOL USE

The simultaneous use of 4 HYTORCS in a criss/cross manner has become popular especially for gaskets
applications. Parallel joint closure is guaranteed and incremental tightening is eliminated. By means of HYTORC's
