HYTORC Jet Air

HYTORC's NEW air-operated Pump and Electric Operated are the world's lightest and most reliable high-flow 10,000
psi Maintenance Pumps in the world. Their portability is appreciated by thousands of customers world-wide. These
low-profile, remote-controlled, heavy-duty pumps are the most insensitive pumps in the market. While the air pump
operates of merely 60 psi air, the 115V electric pump can take fluctuations down to less than 90V, the 230V down to
180V.

The HYTORC Power Pack is not something you buy off Hydraulic Pump Suppliers. It is a Power Pack designed and
engineered specifically for HYTORC to be used in conjunction with Hydraulic Torque Tools. The difference?
Hydraulic Torque Tools require constant cycling, which destroys any standard off-the-shelf pump. In addition,
standard pumps are usually stationary, so weight is irrelevant. They are also not used continuously for hours and
hours, so heat build-up is rare. Most of the time the pressure reading doesn't even need to be precise. The HYTORC
Power Pack fits the application. It is the most accurate, heavy-duty pump available. If applied in dusty
environments, in heat or below zero, intermittently or continuously, it lasts!

PRECISION-ADJUSTMENT VALVE If you can't set the torque right, you can't obtain the right torque. The HYTORC
Pressure/Torque setting valve allows exact setting of the required pressure/torque, literally without gauge needle vibration.
System Torque Accuracy of 3% is guaranteed.

MULTI-PORT CONNECTION HYTORC customers make up more and more applications by simultaneous use of 4
HYTORCS in a criss-cross manner to achieve parallel joint closure fact and even. All HYTORC pumps are, therefore, equipped
with a 4-Port Manifold. Especially recommended for use on applications with gaskets, this 4-tool system instantly eliminates
crushing gaskets and later joint failure. Confusing and time-consuming incremental tightening procedures have become a thing
of the past.

AUTO-SHUT-OFF To assure that the pump is turned off when not in use, the HYTORC pump contains an automatic Shot-
Off that turns the pump off after 30 second idling. Reactivation of the pump is accomplished by merely pushing the safety-
switch on the remote handle.

SAFETY-SWITCH While we insist through labels and literature that only the tool operator is to use the remote-control,
there are few situations where this is literally impossible. For those occasions HYTORC has added a Safety-Switch to its
Electric Pump, which separately from the operation switch needs to be activated before the operation switch functions. The
idea is to eliminate inadvertent start of the pump when the tool operator sets the tool on the job. With HYTORC Safety comes
first!

DAY-GLOW, TWIN-LINE HOSES All HYTORC Power Packs are supplied ready-to-use. Amongst others we include a
15' hose set. Its bright yellow/green color will shine through even when dirty to avoid tripping. But that's not all. HYTORC
hoses are highly flexible, yet do not expand under pressure. This in turn allows the oil to pass through faster, increasing tool
speed by as much as 30%.

OIL TEMPERATURE/LEVEL GAUGE HYTORC pumps are equipped with an oil temperature/level gauge. As most of
our equipment is being used on outages for days in a row, the temperature gauge shows the oil temperature so that even when
the oil is at a low level, operation can be finished before adding oil, unless of course the oil temperature exceeds 180 degrees
Fahrenheit.
